Yes, we have a professional maintenance team on site every day and provide emergency maintenance after hours from 6 pm-9 am.
You can submit a request via our online resident portal or contact Resident Services directly.
After maintenance is notified of the request, they call you to set up a time and confirm whether or not they will be home and if it is okay to access the apartment. A follow-up on the maintenance is conducted after the work is completed.
No, if you give permission for our on-site team to enter, you are not required to be present. If it is a 3rd party vendor, we will accompany them in your residence.
You can use our callbox to gain access through your cellphone into the building. If you are locked out of your actual apartment after hours, call the after-hours emergency line. Our lockout service charge is $100.
Yes, and there is no fee as long as there is no damage to your apartment.
